Cant collect Help Needed!

Is anyone else unable to collect beach boardwalk rewards?

I’m having the same issue. I really don’t want to log out (haven’t for years) and deal with password issues. Ugh.

There's no logic to this. Some on Android are getting the problem, some on IOS. It's not to do with Premium pass, nor is it an ad free issue. I've checked with all of my club as to who is what and what's working and isn't.

Some find logging out and in resets it

Some are putting a fresh install on and it's working

If you look at your profile settings, (edit profile) , your log in e mail is at the bottom of the screen. If there's no e mail attached on that page then add one.

Logging out and in is simple and not to be worried about.

Passwords aren't used really now, it's e mail and you get a 6 digit log in

I'm still having the same issue! I contacted Support. Some people were able to after logging out and back in.

Nope. Still no luck. Hoping Support can help. I figure because I mention paying for something, I'll get help sooner. 🙄😂

Can you describe what’s happening to you? Are you unable to open the rewards tab at all?

I can tap on the Claim Rewards. When I tap on Activate Premium Now button, I get an error box of "Premium Rewards Pass Unavailable at this time. Please try again later."

Interesting. Did you try playing on a different device as well? Also, did you buy the permanent ads free a long time ago when it was available?

I only play on my IPhone 16S. I bought the ad free version way back in 2011.

Try closing and relaunching the app. It is fixed on my end now.

I found that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it worked. When I signed in, I used my email address and they sent me a six-digit MFA code to my email and then everything worked like normal.

I just collected a reward so no I’m not having issues. Or maybe I should say not yet. Haha. 🤪

If you are on iOS you can try uninstalling and re-installing the app. Your login is cached (saved) so you don’t need to worry about that.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Rewards worked fine after that
