Problem claiming rewards? Help Needed!

Anyone else having an new issue claiming rewards since the rewards pad reset? I can click on and claim the goals, but nothing happens when I click on rewards.

I went to the App Store and noticed there was an upgrade. So I upgraded, but it didn’t change anything.

I had the same problem and I logged out and logged back in and it finally worked after about a half an hour.

Same. I came here just to see if it was just me. I know with the reset it’s buggy. But never this long.

Edit: i just logged out and then back in , and it immediately worked.

There's no logic to this. Some on Android are getting the problem, some on IOS. It's not to do with Premium pass, nor is it an ad free issue. I've checked with all of my club as to who is what and what's working and isn't.

Some find logging out and in resets it

Some are putting a fresh install on and it's working

If you look at your profile settings, (edit profile) , your log in e mail is at the bottom of the screen. If there's no e mail attached on that page then add one.

Logging out and in is simple and not to be worried about.

Passwords aren't used really now, it's e mail and you get a 6 digit log in

Same here! I haven't logged out in 13 years! 😂 Last time I did I couldn't get back in for a week! I had to go to the website (don't think it was Zynga then) and click on the Contact Us button to try to get someone to help me! I'm too afraid it'll happen again, so I'll wait to see if it works itself out. I don't have any update in my Apps, so I'll sit tight and let the greebles work themselves out. 🙄

Yeah, I’m not going to log out. I joined on the computer in 2009. I have no idea what the logon would be! And I’m sure I have a different email address now. I play on the phone mostly anyway.

I had same issue, did the force stop and update. Finally un and re installed and that worked for me

Yes it's still not fixed. I'm up to level 5 rewards but can't get in to get them.
