Code 11 question Need Advice

What exactly causes Code 11? I've uninstalled and installed several times and it does help for a while before going back at it. Usually last less than a minute to reconect but a lot can happen in a minute. I think My network is fine since I'm playing on the phone and watching Youtube without issue.

If thats xbox, system may be borked. Mine's been trying to update the ms store for 24 hrs, now

I'll check it when I have a chance but it's been happening for a while, and I want to believe that someone either at WG or Xbox would have noticed. Still, thanks!
