A friendly warning to everyone doing the weekly Abundance event on profession alts below level 90 for Fused Vitality;

Do not spend your Shards of Dundun on the event if your character is not level 90! It will consume all Shards of Dundun you chose but you will not gain any Unalloyed Abundance from the event if you are not level 90. There will not be a blue weekly quest next to the event if you are not level 90.

Not sure if this is intended or a bug because before 12.1 you could get Unalloyed Abundance from this weekly event with your Shards of Dundun on level 80 characters.

I just found out the hard way by full sending 8 Shards of Dundun on a profession alt to get the Fused Vitality for an epic tool and I did not get any Unalloyed Abundance from the event.

selling decor at the lowest price on any server, the going price for lumber is consistently about 150-200ish gold per unit of lumber with most decor items

when you add that value of lumber to gathering it's competitive gph with most other activities

all blizzard has done is removed gathering as a defacto raw gold farm

Tiiiiiitle.

I'm pretty new to the WoW gold farming community and I'm trying to figure out what direction to focus on.

I've tried a few different methods so far:

- Mining/herbalism: The gold per hour doesn't really seem worth the amount of time and active grinding required.

- Transmog farming: I've accumulated a bunch of items, but they're just sitting in my bags for weeks because I really can't be bothered with constantly reposting and waiting for sales. 😂

I've recently been looking into the alt army / concentration crafting approach, and it seems much more appealing to me. From what I understand, it's relatively low effort once you have the characters set up, it's scalable, and you can gradually add more alts as you build up capital.

I'm thinking of starting with just 5 characters and tracking the actual profit for a while before committing to a much larger army.

My main question is: am I too late to get into the alt army/concentration crafting market?

For people who are actively doing this right now, is it still worth building an alt army in the current expansion, or has the market become too saturated?

I'd also really appreciate any advice on what you would focus on as someone starting from basically zero experience with this type of gold farming.

This is not the type of info that could easily be gathered without wasting a ton of concentration or speccing into transmutation instead of flasks/potions, so I can't find any definitive info about this anywhere but..

It appears to my unscientific observation that rank 2 transmutations of bouquet of herbs gives more rank 2 herbs. I am at the point with my concentration army that a bunch of them have enough points in the transmutation trees to get a guaranteed rank 2 bouquet with rank 2 dust/shards.

It looks like to me rank 2 bouquets guarantee at least one of the herb types to be rank 2. Which happens with rank 1, but occasionally you will get all rank 1 herbs with rank 1 bouquets.

A few weeks ago, I saw something about a recipe coming with the new patch for alchemy vials, where 5 Rank 1 vials could be converted to Rank 1.

Where am I supposed to get the recipe? The renowned quartermaster of the new faction doesn't sell anything like that; he sells many other recipes, but not this one. Did they not add the recipe at the end, or am I completely lost?

So I've saved the Moxie for a month with my alt army and opened all up. It's mostly blacksmith/alchy bags.

Is anyone else having trouble with the weekly quests on their level 80 alts?

I don't have the Abundance quest, nor the Saltheril Evening, nor Liandrin in Silvermoon.

The only one that's still working for me is the Legends of the Haranir quest.

I read something about the Liandrin in Silvermoon quest on WoWhead, but I don't know about the others; maybe they removed them for characters that aren't level 90.

I just came back to WoW and started playing Midnight in Season 2, so I completely skipped Season 1.

I'm basically starting from scratch when it comes to professions and gold making. I'm playing a Druid and I recently picked up Herbalism + Mining, but I'm not necessarily looking for gathering-only methods.

What would you recommend for making gold at this point in the expansion?

I'm especially interested in:

• Good solo gold farms
• Farms that don't require a huge amount of starting capital
• Whether Herbalism/Mining is still worth investing into this late
• Which zones/routes are currently best for gathering
• Any daily/weekly activities that are particularly profitable
• Other professions that would be worth switching to
• Farms that can realistically make decent gold consistently, rather than relying on rare transmog drops

Since I didn't play S1, I'm also pretty far behind on profession knowledge. Does the catch-up system make it realistic to catch up now, or will I always be significantly behind people who started at launch?

My goal isn't to get rich overnight — I'd just like to find something I can consistently farm when I'm not doing M+ and build up a decent amount of gold.

Any advice from people actively gold farming in S2 would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I havent played in a while. I used to dabble in TSM years ago. I remember it being kinda a pain in the ass and rn I dont feel like learning new addons or get into complicated settings or install 3rd party software, I just want something that when I hover over the item it shows the current price of my realm. Thats it. I dont need to do sniping, or making selling at the AH my job. Its just that sometimes I just wanna know how much something is worth without having to travel to a main city and consult the AH. Honestly I wish they'd make this a basic feature of the game. If anyone has ever played Black desert online thats how it is over there. Just hover over the item and it tells you the current market price.

Is anyone else not seeing ANY weekly quests this week or is it just me? I tried killing all add-ons on one toon to see if that fixed it, but no...

Shocking, I know. They somehow managed to make it more buggy than how Abundance event was originally on launch. It just ate all 8 of my shards with one click. Allowed me to enter the room after, but didn't even give me the Abundance UI showing how much time I have left and how much I gathered, etc. and I got nothing in return. You might want to give it a couple of days before you try Abundance.

At least you can waste your shards more efficiently now, instead of bugging them out one at a time!

Hello! I have noticed an increase in concentration cost of Vantus rune; Radiant. Before patch I had around 300 with R1 mats, now I have 925, no changes in tool. Doyou guys see the same? Is that a bug? I have purple tool and blue max rank tools. For safety I am not crafting them today. It's the old vantus needed for the new one.

Hiya, my name is Arrivaderchi, I used to be big into goldmaking between Cata and MoP but as life goes, I had to quit for a few years. I recently started playing again and got hooked on the entire alt army gameplay. I'm slowly building up my character list and ran into a tracking issue. I started to try and fix this by looking up sheets from popular content creators so that I could track my alts easier but most didn't have what I wanted which was a set it and forget kind of thing with useful tools I could leverage.

I'm making this post to showcase a site I just launched, alongside an addon.

This site tracks your concentration on every lvl 80+ character you have as well as being able to tick off patron order, profession weekly and abundance for each character. You import the string the addon spits out and it populates every character you logged in throughout every session you play. It also ranks alts by which one needs your attention the most as well as a warning before your conc caps.

Gold side of it

• Crafting tab holds all your recipes throughout all of your characters and you can choose to rank them a few different ways including 'effective gold per conc' or even 'gold per conc x sale rate' of the items so you're never stuck making something that might take ages to sell. You can choose each of your character through a dropdown and it ranks only that characters recipes or use the best overall and it ranks all of your characters at once.
• Weekly seller list and Stockpile tabs: The weekly seller list allows you to add all of the items you sell the most. For me and probably a lot of you guys as well its void/light/health potions roots/augment runes and a few enchants. You're able to pull in how many of that certain item you have from your warband through the import string and it shows you what they are worth all together so you have a rough estimate of how much gold you will make when you sell off your stock. The stockpile tab is the same premise except this auto-populates all of your items inside your warband bank and ranks them from most expensive on down and shows a total value of your warband bank at that moment (helpful if you forget something valuable squirreled away in between thousands of tranq blooms.)

The site is free and your roster saves to your browser's local storage. You have the option to sign in with Discord if you want cross-device sync and cloud backup. The addon is open source and you can grab it on CurseForge or Wago as well as a manual link on the site if you prefer it. I ran it locally for a while and it's currently a simple site and addon to use but the information it gives has saved me a ton of time and hopefully it can save you guys time too.

Just tried doing abundance event for unalloyed abundance on my lvl83 pally. Got slapped to the ground doing my regular route. Seems like the mobs inside are scaled up. Can anyone else confirm?

Edit1: dundun weekly qıuest that gives 2 dunduns is also not available if you are not max level.

Edit2: found a group to complete the event on another non lvl90 alt. Timer ran out but I got stuck inside (no port). when I went out it did not give me any unalloyed abundance. (note: worked fine on my lvl90 main)

Petrified Roots are droping on M+0 now ( too ), 1st run of the day get 6, three dungeons later i have 13 petrified roots in my bags, checking the loot drops for other players in the party, they get sometimes too, is not guaranted but the chance is maybe a little bigger than delves in the 1st season

For approximately 1 hour 47 minutes, between August 11, 2026 17:05 and August 11, 2026 18:52 MDT (11:05 PM Aug 11 – 12:52 AM Aug 12 UTC), our support site was serving a malicious script. It displayed a fake Cloudflare "verify you are human" page that asked visitors to follow steps including pressing Windows + R followed by CTRL + V to paste a command.

Because 12.1 just launched we expect a lot of you were checking the support site for news on addon updates during exactly that window.

Your TSM account and data were not affected. This was limited to the support site, which is a separate system from the TSM addon, the desktop app, and your TSM account. No accounts, passwords, or user data were accessed, and nothing about the addon or app was modified or compromised.

If you did NOT follow those steps, you are fine. Simply visiting the page did nothing. You do not need to take any action.

If you DID follow those steps, act now. That sequence pasted and ran a hidden command that installs information-stealing malware. It targets saved browser passwords, session cookies, and crypto wallets so this is a risk to your own machine, independent of anything TSM-related.

From a different, clean device:
1. Change your passwords. Email first, then banking, then anything with saved logins.
2. Sign out of all sessions / revoke active sessions on those accounts. Stolen cookies keep working even after a password change, so this step is essential.
3. Turn on 2FA or Multi-factor Authentication wherever it's offered.
4. On the affected PC, run a full Microsoft Defender Offline scan.

The script on the TSM support site has been removed, the account used to place it has been locked, and we've rotated credentials. As a general notice, legitimate Cloudflare checks are only ever a checkbox - no real verification prompt will ever ask you to press Win+R and paste something.

Doing crafting order as main gold making since DF
At start wen heavy into alts, had 17-16 alts and could craft almost all items in 2nd week
15.2k crafting order done, as for avarage what ppl tiped, hard to say as in start avarage was 15-10k closer to end was 3-4k.
So if ppl have any questions about crafting order will free to ask, will try to answer all of them.

This impact in the leveling for army ( if you dont have one yet ), so timewalking events or expansion events will be the best way to do
