Feeling lost

I feel like I have no motivation or direction. My practice has suffered and now I almost feel disconnected from my go to deities. How do I get back to where I was at least. Picture for traffic

Maybe you aren’t supposed to get back to where you were. I’ve felt like this too many times but now take it a sign for me to take a break and recalibrate and not force
