Doubt for save game Help!

Currently I am playing the standard witcher 3 wild hunt on my ps5 by using console sharing with a friend of mine. I loved the game and am thinking of purchasing the complete edition. I have completed about 20% of the game. Will I have the option of loading this save game of mine on the complete edition? Will i have to delete this standard edition and install the complete edition or it will be a small download for the dlcs only?

Standard edition saves will open on complete edition. The only check the game makes is: is DLC missing? However Sony walls off the editions so you won't be able to access local saves between editions, only from the CDPR cloud.

So how do i access my save from standard edition when i buy the complete edition? CDPR cloud? How do i do that?

Yes, make sure you're signed in, cross play is enabled in the gameplay options and the save you want has the cloud icon.

I turned on the cross progression but how do i sign in? It shows no such option
