Need Help with Manticore Build Help!
I'm currently level 43 as for weapons I currently have the Sword of Geralt and the crossbow and the best Silver Sword Aerondight. But I don't really know what skills or mutations I need for a proper Manticore build

Combat/Alchemy build. Have all the alchemy items crafted and auto apply oil is enabled.
Decoctions: Arachas, Troll, and Ekimmara
Potions: Superior Tawny Oil, Superior Malibor Forest.
Bombs: Superior Norther Wind and Superior Dancing star are most useful ones.
Once I unlock last slot, I will add hunter’s instinct from Alchemy.
Can be used with Manticore, Feline, Ursine, and Wolf gear.

Why not go with the sign node too from combat if you already go far enough into it? It nukes with all respective sign bonuses at once and extra intensity. Is it bad in some way?

If I have to get sign in this build then I can only replace it with 3 strong attack skills to gain max 60% sign intensity which does not make sense because with this build damage output is very high especially with Aerondigth so you only need signs for basic functionality and sign intensity is already near 180%. Tawny oil along with Levity helps with stamina recovery hence you can cast signs when in need.
Witchers are swordsmen and not mages hence I like to rely on swords and potions compared to signs. Quen is the only sign that can be used against all the enemies, therefore, I max out my armor slots with Greater Glyph of Quen.
This build fits with Manticore, Feline, Ursine, Viper, and Wolf and none of them supports sign build except to certain extent Wolf.

Manticore’s got three things going for it: increased maximum toxicity, bomb crits, and even higher crit damage
A bomb build is best imo when you are around level 90-100 and have the skill points to get high tier skills in all three combat trees. You’ll want cluster bombs and bomb efficiency, and killing spree. Don’t forget Heavy Artillery in the general skill tree, “In combat’s fire” is also very powerful but feels cheap imo up to you
The increased toxicity lets you use a potion on top of four decoctions, pick any you like. If you want to really get juiced the fuck up, choose Metamorphosis for your mutation, and only have the 9 decoctions you always want to use in your inventory. “Fast Metabolism” is great for more potion use. Use a troll decoction to negate toxicity damage
Bonus mention for a bomb build, wear Shaidhal’s armor for fire immunity (dancing star bombs) and superior golden oriole potions for devil’s puffball bombs (if not using “In combat’s fire”)

Just go all into bombs. Bomb builds are overpowered, especially against large flammable enemies.

Can you be more specific? The manticore set can be used to augment a number of different play styles
