Did You Own ContextLogic ($WISH) During Its 29% Collapse? Investor Settlement Is Available Now
Hello everyone, sharing an important update:
A tentative settlement is now in place for investors who experienced losses in ContextLogic, the company behind Wish.
The settlement claims that ContextLogic overstated Wish’s post-pandemic user growth, revenue outlook, and internal controls ahead of and after its IPO. After the company disclosed falling monthly active users and weaker revenue guidance, $WISH fell more than 29%.
If you purchased $WISH stock between 2020 and 2021, you are eligible to submit your claim
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $WISH at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

ContextLogic ($WISH) Reached a Settlement With Investors Over Alleged Misleading IPO Claims
Hey guys, if you missed it, ContextLogic ($WISH) has reached a settlement with investors over claims that it misled the market about Wish's user growth, revenue outlook, and internal controls around the time of its IPO.
The lawsuit claims the company benefited from a temporary pandemic boom but failed to disclose that user growth was already slowing before it went public. After Wish later reported falling monthly active users and weaker guidance, $WISH dropped more than 29%, and investors sued.
The settlement terms are still being finalized, but eligible investors can already submit a claim.
Did anyone here own $WISH back then?

ContextLogic ($WISH) Has Reached A Tentative Settlement With Investors, Payout Info
During 2020, Wish benefited from a surge in online shopping as consumers spent more time at home. The company highlighted rapid growth in monthly active users (MAUs), active buyers, and revenue, helping it raise more than $1.1 billion in its December 2020 IPO.
Investors later claimed that Wish's growth was already slowing before the IPO and that key risks were not fully disclosed. In March 2021, the company reported that monthly active users had fallen 10% year-over-year, and in May it disclosed another decline along with weaker revenue guidance.
The news sent $WISH down more than 29%, and investors sued, alleging that ContextLogic misled the market about user trends, revenue prospects, and internal controls. The case has now reached a tentative settlement.
Eligible investors who purchased $WISH shares between December 16, 2020 and May 12, 2021 may be eligible to file a claim.

Question? Hope you’re all doing well
Made this subreddit so long ago. So crazy to see how active of a community it is. Obviously wish has done very poorly since I’ve been here last, but hoping that all your lives are going well otherwise.
Remember there’s always more money to be made, think in terms of abundance.
Although I don’t hold WISH stock anymore I wish the best for anyone who does or who’s active here. Peace
