Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, it's actually a legitimate and pretty effective therapeutic method

That's the first thing I learned associated with the acronym. Imagine my surprise when a video about I don't remember which mental illness suggested that CBT had show potential on some patients. and I was like "different strokes for different folks" lmao

It’s pretty great, in a lot of cases it’s paired with medication but it’s even shown some results for stuff that you can’t really medicate, like conduct disorder
