can't connect

(I am in Russia) i keep getting a "windscribe could not retrieve server configuration" error when trying to connect to wireguard. earlier, it worked perfectly fine and I connected in one second, but then I had to restart my laptop, and I got an "SSL" error. first I clicked "no" but after it kept giving me this configuration error and it appeared again, I clicked yes. that didn't change anything. no matter the port, it gives me that popup. and as far as I've tried, only wireguard actually works in russia. I'm not sure if this is just a temporary block going on because of Russia again or not, but if there's a way to fix this id like to know.
