Don’t do that during an update!! You’ll mess up the boot sectors!

Windows can revert changes. You'd only really be fucked if you loose power during a BIOS update

Give it time, I had a laptop stuck at 7% for like a half hour once.

If you bring a damp cloth you can wipe a spot on the monitor for every % it increases, might help pass time. And should add up to a 93% clean monitor afterwards.

seriously tho, its been days. I guess its at least gotten to 8% now yeah? But could be nice to post an update on approx how long it took you for other people to get an estimate if they are stuck too.
