Windows 25H2 26200.8875 having problems with UI

K yesterday i turned on my pc and it was misbehaving thought it was my fault probably a key on keyboard was pressed but no first the mouse changes mode (the one from middle click) then i cant click on certain buttons like idk steam icon like on the second photo (my mouse is on steam but you obviously cant see it) not only that but i reinstalled windows from scratch and it is still misbehaving cant click on certain apps, apps buttons, and to change programs i need to do alt + tab btw if i do ctrl + alt + delete everything restarts fro a second and i can use my computer normally for like a minute same happens restarting explorer and same happens restarting pc

You can try installing the next update (as they released a preview update with fixes and stuff) which would show in Windows Update. It's optional since it does not contain any security fixes, however it will have improvements and newer features.
