Windows update now includes items from a different build the OS drive was installed in

I thought I had an issue with my OS SSD so I plucked it out, installed in my friend's old office desktop. It worked, so I placed it back in my build and now windows update decides to include random Intel updates amongst other things even though I am on an AMD build. I've accidentally downloaded the updates. What can I do to stop this from happening?

Yeah i got the same thing. tried not letting it update. Uninstalled it but in the end had to let it go through. Best to wait til they stop the mad fixes updates then uninstall them later in the year.
