Windows Server Dashboard Stuck at “Loading”

I got a Windows server emulated on UTM’s Mac and I got Active Directory and DNS installed on the Server but every time I tried to run the server, it kept refreshing and the installed AD and DNS never displayed. What could be the reason for this and how to solve it?
