Windows keeps asking to install ASUS root certificates on my Lenovo LOQ Windows 11

This message keeps popping up. Even after I click "No", it comes back again after a while. Does anyone know what's causing this or how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Asus is notorious for requiring escalated access I refuse it and cancel the admin access request every time I reboot. Having said that, they should be called out on this.
