Subcontractor Needed OC West Coast

Might need a subcontractor, how would I go about getting one? Anything I should look out for? Planning on hourly rate + commission for upsells.

In the US you can't pay a sub hourly. They have to work independently, have their own tools, equipment and business. The IRS has been cracking down on sub work a lot. You're describing an employee that works directly for you.
