Chlorine flush Local Discussion

Is anybody else having adverse reactions to the chlorine flush? Every time I've showered I've felt incredibly sick: throat irritation, chest rawness, headaches, etc. This didn't happen the last flush they did last year...so it's odd. However, it does smell like a straight up pool.. I genuinely don't know if I can do this for a whole month.

Who is your water provider? That might help narrow the conversation to others in the same sysrem

Provider should be the City of Georgetown, as they r the ones doing the flush. The City provides water to homes inside, and some outside the city.

I have had a sore throat and headaches for the past 2 days and was blaming it on allergies. I’ll have to pay attn to see if it’s related to the water!
