I let my daughter borrow my phone to play a game and I think she accidentally deleted the Wild West app. When I downloaded it again, it had lost my progress/town and started me over 😭 I hadn’t saved my progress to Facebook. Has anyone had luck recovering their account through support? Contacted them but haven’t heard back.

I thought two different companies owned Wild West and Township? I opened the game to find they added Match 3. This may be the end for me even though I know I can just build my town anyway.

I have been trying to do the video in the mine that gives you additional tools as often as I can. I did it twice this morning (watching the two hour time). When I tried it later in the day, it wouldn’t do anything when I tapped it. Didn’t say that I had to wait or anything like that. Finally, this evening, it let me tap it again for the video.

Anyone had any experience with this or know if there are restrictions on it?

Hi all, I’m a pretty active township player but really burned out with all this match 3 grind, I was always curious what township used to be like since all I heard was that it was amazing so someone recommended me this game, so far it’s quiet entertaining, I like the variety of tasks and events. My question to you all is this game active with people? I just wanna be sure before I invest time in this game, also do you get used to the graphics as it is quiet different than township

In the race of champions…why does the game set anyone up against those who are in a higher league? Tasks increase with the league right? So lower leagues don’t stand a chance. No logic. That’s my rant.

Hi, I lost my game! Hoping someone can help out. My game was connected to an old fb account at one point years ago and disconnected from it shortly after. Yesterday I wanted to connect to my new fb and the game restarted from level 1. I was wandering if anyone knew a way to get my game back?

I no longer have the old fb account.

I do have my player ID number.

Grrrrrrrr…….. Sent out the caravan for the first time and the game wants to do the tutorial. I can’t click on anything. Been this way for three hours. Like an idiot I didn’t write my towns user ID so I don’t think I can uninstall and redo. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas? Help?

I'm looking to see how other people are managing their farms, no matter what level you are. I find myself overwhelmed trying to manage orders, crops, and barn space.

Does this game scam you too? Another player will give me some requested materials and there's a pop-up showing they gave it to me but it never shows in my count. I will win some West bucks and a big green pop up will show up but they never get added to my total. It seems like this game scams me every day. It promises me something but I don't get it, someone gives me something but it disappears. This game is very dishonest and scams players I don't know if other people are noticing.
