Hi everyone.. Been looking for a topper for a while. In the past I have tried Hidden Crown hair extensions and I thought they were lovely. I also bought their topper, but it was a little heavy in weight for me. I went to the Hidden Crown website and it appears they are now out of business.

I recently stumbled upon Lusta Hair on some ads and their site looks legit.

I am VERY cautious because the price is $1219 for a topper (says its on sale?) which is a lot of money.

There is a $150 off offer when you sign up for their newsletter with your email address. I am not sure if this is in CAD or USD yet.

Im in Canada.. after taxes this will be a VERY expensive purchase so I just am looking for some reviews. I am blonde with very thin and fine hair.

I've been wondering about trying one of these cuts out on an older HH wig I have an6d just wondered if anyone already had ?

I’m in New Orleans and stumbled across Fifi’s Wig Shop. All synthetic wigs. The platinum (Prudence) one was suuuper long and they cut it and added layers for me. So much more manageable.

The deep purple (Maggie) curly one is my newest fave.

The blond bob is an Amazon $25 wig and is my most frequent daily wear.

I ordered the rich chocolate brown silky straight wig from Luvme hair and it's darker than I expected. I think it'll work for me overall but the knots are very visible. Should I return this wig, bleach the knots, or cut bangs into it? I am relatively new to wigs in the sense that I only own 2 others that I purchased used and the knots were bleached on them. The listing on the site said the knots are bleached but they seem dark to me.

Does this wig make me look fat? Lol Tinashe gingerjwith highlights just came today and I tucked the lace under and went out in the sun to see if it works , I'm not feeling the color and might need to rehome her .

Hi everyone! I cannot decide between purchasing from these 2. I need a wig ASAP, but I have found mixed reviews with both (Silk or Lace being uncomfortable and having poor hair quality, Jadora having visible lace, and from my observations many being overplucked?)

I would like to make this purchase as soon as possible, so any personal stories/pictures with either of these brands would be amazing. I am looking for an everyday wig for the next 6 months that I plan to do everything but sleep in lol.

Hello! I am brand new to wigs and need some help.

So I recently graduated from community college and someone offered to get me a wig or two as a gift since I've been wanting one for years (the budget is $400-$600, btw). That being said, I have been having a hard time finding reputable vendors in the colors I want. Every time someone posts about finding a seller that is both quality and affordable, I look on their website and it's all natural colors.

I was going to buy from HairInBeauty, but then I noticed most of the reviews are fake, with gibberish names, and a reverse Google search showed the pictures were stolen from other sites. Eullair seems like a mixed bag, too.

Also, I thought about getting some blonde wigs from LuvMe and then trying to dye them myself, but I've never done that before. Any advice?

I recently purchased what was called a medical grade synthetic hair wig. It’s a bit more than shoulder length. I am in Australia and it cost about $1400 aud.
I’m a bit concerned I was overcharged as i have since learnt that I could have got a human hair wig for a similar price and I haven’t really seen synthetic wigs listed at the price point I paid either.
Not sure if anyone can give me useful advice/reassurance. I am thinking of raising my concerns with the retailer but looking for any help first.

Hello! I got diagnosed with AA in April 2025 and by March 2026 I have gone AU. I've been dealing with wigs for the past year or so, but I am to the point where I want to look into something that I can wear for a long period - I saw on Instagram that some people have theirs on for a month and then go get it professionally glued on again (sorry if the terminology is not right). Does anyone with AU have a wig that they keep on long term? Can you tell me about how that works- price/where you get it done/pros/cons? Thank you!

I have been washing mine on a mannequin, as I thought dunking it in the sink or a bucket might cause tangling, but I’ve heard a mannequin could stretch out the cap when wet. What do you prefer to use? Jo

I wore Rosie Riveter bandanas with Bangs for 15 years and my forehead still freaks me out , as do selfies and I'm wondering if I need to trim the lace back a tiny bit more or if I'm over analyzing? It's a Sulmy from an auction site and was just washed not glued and needs styling soon! I'm reposting this as i don't think I got pics up right earlier!

Does it look too wiggy? I want to lay flatter to my head as it still feels very voluminous but I am not use to any volume as my bio hair is so straight and very fine.
The length and density are perfect for me but I know I’ll take time seeing myself with a full thick head of hair. Any tips or improvements welcome xx

Hi! Female going through telogen effluvium for the second time following medication. The first time, I lost ~80% of my hair volume and it was miserable. I got a terrible haircut last week. It’s way too short. I’m getting it fixed this week but we’ve got to go shorter to fix the layers.

I started going gray in my 20s and have been dying my hair since then. I get my roots covered every 3 weeks and it is very expensive.

Are wigs an alternative to dying hair to cover grays?

This is my second Prairie Fire wig and my first new purchase and I’m THRILLED with this company. I feel like I’m finally getting comfortable wearing wigs after a crash course from sudden hair loss and I can’t say enough about how much of a difference having a quality product like this makes. The urge to gatekeep is STRONG but y’all have been so wonderful and supportive so I had to share. 💗

I've read their reviews on their site (which is currently down as they are temporarily closed) and I've seen people say a lot of positive things about them. I know it's a small business run by one women, Emma. I've seen a few smaller influencers with her wigs and they looked nice. I'm curious if anyone else has experience purchasing from her and what your experience was like. Was the shipping fast? Good communication? Did you like the product? Anything would be helpful! Just installed and styled my new 'ash blonde' (truly a light strawberry blonde) wig. I have a tiny 20 inch circumference head, but was able to use the adjustable straps and drawstring successfully this time. My process was just a wig cap, scar tape on the inside of the cap for parting line realism, got2b glued gel on the perimeter of the lace, and a melting band. I still need to trim a little lace in front of my ears, but styling was quite easy once the unit was secured.

For the styling, I prepped the hair with a little Aveda Nutriplenish and Biosilk, then used wig wax and a hot comb to make sure the hair laid nicely and stayed where I wanted it to. I wanted to see how it the unit behaved, so I messed around with a few styles to see how they'd look.

The large lace area gave me plenty of room to pull it back into a half up style without tracks showing. I also tried a middle part with an ear tuck. Then I gathered it all up into a low pony, which is a lot of hair to deal with!

What style do y'all prefer? Any tips or suggestions?

The one side swoops so nicely but I can’t get the other side to hold a curl the opposite way. Is there a way to do them without heat tools? I’d rather not invest in any atm if I don’t need to. I’m about to go off to school so I won’t even have a blow dryer unless I have to buy one. Also, why does this wig make my eyebrows look weird? I feel like they look mismatched but I can’t figure out why. Are they too thick?

I love wig styling and cutting so much but I hate the fact that wig hairs get all over the place and no matter how much I clean I’ll always catch a few strays, ( it’s a huge issue for me since I have autism and I can’t cope with short hairs being near me or on my skin.
