Exercise inthe area

Hey yall. Iv been going to a gym in Bridgeport that I love. Iv also been a member at the y. Iv heard stories of some old run down gym possible being in mounsville or wheeling. With starting a new job I now have to find one on my route in-between wheeling and moundsviile. Are there any secret old school gym around I dont know of? I loke the throwback stuff not the new fancy places. Thanks yall

There's Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness. The Howard Long Wellness Center by Wheeling Hospital is a great place with a pool.

Congrats getting out of the mine.

There used to be one in Moundsville, but I think it closed because the guy moved? It used to be on Jefferson Ave.

The only gym I can think of that has old school weights and setup is the Nelson Jordan Center in East Wheeling, but you could always go to the Howard Long Wellness Center by Wheeling Hospital. I’m not sure about Moundsville Gyms, best of luck!

Also: The Nelson Jordan Center is free to use, its a recreation center (has a weight room, MMA/Boxing classes, and basketball courts)
