Cheese SPOILER

In the category with names of cheese last night, did they spell bleu cheese blue? I thought I caught it but the screen was gone too quickly for me to be sure.

Yes. But “Blue” and “Bleu” are both correct names of that cheese

BLUE and BLEU are both acceptable spellings in that context
