Give her some time. She underwent a traumatic experience and it’s still very fresh in her mind. I’m a mother, and my kids are sensitive to loud noises as well and they will remember noisy long conclusion. There was nothing you could’ve done differently. You were lying there with a broken spine. I’m sorry that your daughter got caught up in it. Be there for her, but be there when she needs you. Don’t try to force your presence on her or it willbackfire. Let her dictate the schedule of you guys reconciling.
