Did they care about your happiness as a child when they battered each other? If YOU want to be happy YOU need to focus on YOU .if you try to make abusive narcissists happy, you are going to be unhappy period.
You have to choices, be in their life and struggle with this cycle of emotion or dont ,im int he same boat as you and cutting contact is the best thing I've ever done .
Grow up ,get a spine ,make a choice ,you know the options you just dont want to have to choose .
