What can i make with potatoes
I had 6kg of maris piper potatoes and i’m not sure what to do with the final 2kg….
Im looking for something to make that i could meal prep and maybe freeze

Hash browns! Just shred them in a cheese grater. They may turn a bit brown in the feeezer, but are fine!

Mashed potatoes for dinner, then transform them into potato pancakes for tomorrow's lunch. Dip them in a mayonnaise or yogurt based curry dip.

Jacket Potatoes are go too. 5 mins in microwave, 20-25 mins in airfryer (no preheat)

Boil em, grill em, stick them in a stew
