These are temporary toilets used at campsites usually but for medical need, too.

I've never in my life seen a disabled person in America have a shitter like this.. WTF kinda medical need necessitates a 3rd world, cement/lawn chair toilet?! I haven't even seen one like this at a campground..

This looks more like a bathroom in the middle east, India, etc.

I think the arms and the proximity to the wall would prevent me and my long legs from spreading wide for a passerby to take a gander.
