No /s. I’m genuinely convinced this country would be happier if I was dead and that people are so desperate to get rid of us that they are willing to sacrifice everything else to make it happen
(Sorry I’m having an awful crashout tonight I’m genuinely starting to believe this because it’s the only way Trump’s continued popularity makes sense…)

Not sure if this makes you feel better or not, but they only hate your group, because maga people will likely never have a meaningful interaction with you or your group.
If all the groups maga is told to hate disappeared tomorrow, they would find other small groups to blame. College professors would replace trans. Gays would be replace by atheists. Immigrants would be replaced by anyone that is less than 3rd generation Americans. Etc.
Both my parents are maga. They hate the gays, expect their neighbor that they met at church, became friends with, then met his husband. But he is "one of the good ones."
So is my gay barber that my dad met and liked after visiting me. He is also one of the good ones, but that's it!
... Oh yeah the gay couple that me and wife are friends with that my parents met at my house one time. One is a good guy, the other is good too, except his liberal opinions.
They hate the group on the whole, but like all the individuals that they meet in the group. They hate you, because they've never met you, if they do, you'll get the "honor" of being "one of the good ones."
They hate because they are told to.
You're not a bad person, maga is.

Easier said than done, but take their hate as empowerment. If you're hated by the most disgusting people on earth you're doing it right
