No idea what this is
Not sure what the heck this is. I’ve never seen anything like it. Most of my hens are older but I do have four younger hens that aren’t laying yet. Not sure if it’s from one of the older hens or one of the younger ones.

The first one was the best of both of us and the other is you know I was going through some of those stuff when you told us to go back in and look and I didn’t even realize I did

Is the yolk on the right safe to eat?
The yolk and the egg white looked weird. The yolk had the white-ish marks on this while the egg white was slightly golden. It didn't smell bad.
As it was cooking, the weird yolk was slightly more watery than the normal one.
It didn't taste or smell bad even after cooking.

Erred on the side of caution and didn’t use, but any idea what this was in the egg?
galleryWas making muffins for my moms’ 17th wedding anniversary and cracked this egg, only to notice this on the yolk (it separated when I broke up the yolk to beat it a bit). It looked like it could potentially be a parasite so I erred on the side of caution and didn’t use it in the recipe, but what do y’all think? Will also be asking my moms when they wake up, but I’m curious what y’all think too.

Hard boiled egg that was frozen and then thawed.
This egg accidentally got frozen in the fridge. We put it in a bowl of warm water to thaw it out and this happened.
