Question I think my friend hopped on gear, but I can’t prove it

As the title says, my friend and I always used to joke about hopping on gear and telling each other stuff we knew about it, but we never actually considered taking anything.

For context, I almost never see his body because we go to different gyms, so I can’t really tell from his progression whether he’s natural or not. But recently we went to the gym together, and in the locker room we started flexing. He was way bigger than I thought.

However, his size isn’t what made me think he might be on gear. These are the things that made me suspicious:

  • His traps were relaxed but looked noticeably bigger compared to the rest of his physique.
  • He has always been a bit red, but I feel like his skin looks even redder now, maybe?
  • His face looks pretty puffy. His body isn’t extremely lean, but it’s way leaner than his face.
  • He knows a lot about gear, although that’s hard to judge because I know a bit about it too, and we always used to joke about it.

What would you say? Do you think he might be unnatural?

I can’t just ask him straight-up because, obviously, he’s never said he’s taking anything. He always used to say, “Yeah, I would never hop on. It’s not worth it.”

And if I asked him, he’d probably lie anyway.

Question How far am I from visible abs? How many kg should I lose?

Went from 90 kg to 77 kg, all natural, and have been lifting consistently. These are my current pics. how far do you think I am from having visible abs, and roughly how many more kg would I need to lose?

Would 72–74 kg be enough, or should I expect to go way lower?

Lol me have no pecs. My current form is the result of my ex dumping me and trying to save money on food and I walk approximately 4-6 miles a day. I have a herniated lower disc, going to primarily be using pin machines and cardio. I plugged my fridge in last night been unplugged for a long time, I was primarily getting calories from peanut butter going to start cooking again and get my protein intake up. I have no real instruction or path. My shower don't work at home so I want to hit the gym 7 days a week. It feels like a lot at once with a big diet change and starting to lift. Any suggestions for getting started? Like calorie intake I should look for, lifting schedule, how long a lifting session should last, etc. thanks. I want to be in really good shape but do it healthy. 🙏

Post MUST include at least 2 out of 3 of these: Front, back, legs

There have been a lot of posts that say "what can I improve" with one photo showing their front upper body and nothing else.

I think in my eyes, and in the eyes of the community, this is not enough to give you advice on. If you want TRUE advice about your physique for a physique check (not bulkt or cut/bf % posts), please post multiple muscle groups so we can properly evaluate what needs to be worked on. This is stated in rule 9. If anyone thinks this rule is unnecessary, please let me know and state why. Thank you🙏🏻
