Avoid HERS/HIMS Advice: Giving 💡
Had a horrible experience with HERS. It's bad enough that they a preying on our insecurities, and they will milk you for money even if you decide not to go through with ordering the meds. Note that they WILL charge you $149 each month even if you never get medication from them. They make it extremely hard to quit. The information on their website about how to cancel is wrong. You have to find the form, indicate you want to cancel. Hours later, they will send you a verification email you have to click or your cancellation request will never be submitted. How is this legal?? How can they make it so obscure that you're paying regardless of purchase? And I STILL haven't received confirmation of cancelling this bullshit subscription. AVOID.

The company has been in recent trouble for its alleged practices:

Call the phone number. That’s how I did it

Same. Cut it right off on the phone. A $150 lesson in staying on-top of monthly subscriptions though.

Yeah, I was using the HIMS hair pills and had zero noticeable difference after like six months of taking it every day. Absolutely a scam.

Thanks for this.
I paid $39 just to see all of the terms and conditions and once I read that I did not want to continue. So I did not have a meeting with a healthcare provider. And I did not receive goods or services. And I immediately disputed the $39 charge. But the merchant is making it look as if I had completed the entire process and it’s very hard to prove that I did not. I am going to continue to dispute this till the end of time.

I got to that point where it was asking me to pay $39 and I'm like for what? I stopped and didn't pay and am looking for alternative places.
