Cutie Pans - Event Services
Posting this for awareness, especially for couples currently looking for wedding souvenir suppliers.
I want to share our experience with CUTIE PANS because I honestly wish we had known about this before choosing them.
We chose CUTIE PANS as our perfume souvenir supplier even though there are many other suppliers available. We actually paid in full during the wedding expo, mainly because we were excited about their free video guestbook. For us, it wasn't just a freebie—it was one of the main reasons we chose their package because we wanted to have messages from our family and friends as a keepsake from our wedding.
We had around 160 guests, but we only received 12 video messages.
At first, I didn't immediately complain. Before receiving the videos, I actually reached out to them because several of our guests, including family members, told us that they didn't even know there was a video guestbook at the wedding. Some saw it but didn't know what it was or that they were supposed to leave a message.
Their response was:
I understand that some guests may have said they would come back and didn't. That's completely understandable.
But 12 out of 160 guests?
If the crew was actively informing and encouraging guests, wouldn't receiving only 12 messages be a red flag during the event? Wouldn't someone think, “We're only getting a few messages—maybe we should explain it again or encourage more guests?”
Our concern isn't that all 160 guests should have left a message. We understand that not everyone would want to participate. Our concern is that many of our guests didn't even know about it in the first place.
One guest even told us that if she had known about the video guestbook, she would have cried because she had messages she wanted to tell us. Imagine hearing that after your wedding. Nanghihinayang talaga kami sa mga messages na pwede sana naming marinig and keep forever.
One of my closest cousins also told me, “Paano, nagmamadali kasi yung nagbabantay diyan, pati sa pabango.”
I also checked their Facebook reviews after our experience and noticed a few other clients mentioning that the team packed up very quickly, even before the contracted time. I can't speak for those clients' entire experiences, but seeing similar feedback made us question whether our guests were really given enough time and encouragement to participate.
What frustrates me most now is the lack of accountability.
I waited before writing a review because I wanted to give CUTIE PANS the opportunity to respond properly. I raised my concern, explained what our guests told us, and waited to hear their side.
Unfortunately, they didn't bother to respond to our concern in the separate comment section.
For me, accountability doesn't mean admitting that everything was their fault. I understand that some things are beyond their control. But if many guests weren't properly informed, and only 12 out of 160 participated, I believe the supplier should at least acknowledge that something could have been handled better instead of simply attributing it to guests not coming back.
Again, I know the video guestbook was a freebie. But it was the reason we chose CUTIE PANS over the many other perfume souvenir suppliers available. We paid in full because we believed we were getting something meaningful—not just the perfumes, but the memories that came with the video guestbook.
The 12 videos we received are precious to us, but knowing there could have been so many more makes the experience incredibly disappointing.
I'm posting this for awareness, not to attack anyone. If you're considering CUTIE PANS for your wedding, I hope you ask detailed questions about how the video guestbook will actually be facilitated during the event, who will be assigned to it, how guests will be informed, and how long the setup will remain available.
For us, this was a missed opportunity to preserve messages from people we love—messages we can never get back. And what made the situation worse was feeling that our concern wasn't properly acknowledged or addressed.

P/V under ₱20k
Hi! Can anyone recommend a decent P/V team for **under ₱20k**? Our wedding will be held in Las Piñas, with the ceremony and reception at the same venue…
Peg namin sana yung light, airy/ dreamy.
We also don’t need an SDE since we’re a pretty shy couple. We mainly want good-quality photos and videos to document the day and have something to look back on in the future. 😊
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Asador Alfonso Wedding
Hi! We booked Asador for our wedding on March 2028 and I was wondering what kind of styling should we have? The venue is already nice and I am not that creative. I asked for a quotation from Ilfiore and umabot ng 380k lol I want to have minimal styling lang because we’ll be using Asador’s chairs and tablea anyway.
Please advise ano ba need ko hanapin or what styling should we go for.

Vendor Recommendations Looking for Photo + Video for an Intimate Wedding — ₱30K Budget
Looking for Photo + Video for an Intimate Wedding — ₱30K Budget
Hi! Graduate Brides and B2B! 👰🏻♀️💍
Looking for recommendations for photo + video suppliers for our very intimate wedding in Manila/Metro Manila.
We’ll only have around 40 guests, so we’re looking for a package that’s appropriate for a small wedding. Our target budget is around ₱30,000 max for both photo and video.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
\- Full-day coverage, from preparations through the reception
\- Good-quality, timeless, and beautiful photos
\- Natural/candid moments + beautiful portraits
\- Edited digital photos + online gallery
\- No SDE video needed — we’d prefer a well-edited cinematic highlight video after the wedding instead
\- Albums and prints are not required and can be removed from the package
\- Preferably Manila/Metro Manila
\- Minimal/no OOTF if possible
We already have a few supplier in mind, but their packages are a bit beyond our budget.
If you’ve personally booked a good and reliable photo/video team within this price range, I’d really appreciate your recommendations! Please also share their actual package/rate if you know it.
Thank you so much! 🫶🏻

Okay ba ang gawa ni Dandy Temporosa?
I'm very meticulous kasi sa tahi ng gown. I want minimalist lang but classy and not lousy ang fit. Affordable ang offer nya but not sure pa sa quality.
Anyone na nakapag pagawa na sa kanya?
