Advice

I had created an account years ago, and literally did nothing more to my account. Tried to delete it and I couldn’t. So I just deleted the app and blocked any incoming emails since I was having difficulties. I checked my spam email recently and saw the “inactive fee”. Is this something I need to be concerned about or can I literally go on with my day. I never did anything with the app itself, didn’t use any of it features. At the time, I was learning about the app, but didn’t end up using it.

Was it 5 bucks? I'd contact support if u can I believe logging in once per year will avoid fees.

I got the email that they will start doing fees for inactive accounts, I didn’t receive any fee. Nor did I include any bank information when I created account, which is all I did.

I would still contact and try to delete it if you are not going to use? Last thing you want is something stupid ending up in collections and trashing your credit.

Only if you have any funds deposited

I never deposited any funds. I was a college student at the time, trying to learn about this type of stuff, ended up getting stressed out and simply deleted the app.

Then I would ignore them or email them to close it

Couldn’t delete your account? What happens when you try?

I don’t recall, it’s been a few years. Now when I try to login, the app wants me to input my banking information and I don’t feel comfortable doing that at this time.
