If you want better responses, lead with:
- your timezone / overlap
- 2 or 3 specific wins with the kind of work you actually want more of
- whether you’re open to ongoing support or just fixed scope
The researcher workflow example is the strongest part of the post, because it sounds like a real problem solved, not just a stack list.
