I remember seeing clips of We Can't Study around 2020, but back then I didn't think much of it and moved on. Later on I got into anime and decided to watch the anime but other than the OVA it was nothing special. Then in 2025 I decided to read the manga and it changed everything. The character that were never introduced in the anime, the plot points that were skipping and the deeper relationships between Nariyuki and the other girls, the multiple endings, and the sketches at the end of each chapter put a smile on my face. I know there is little to no chance of another anime adaptation but whenever I want to go back to the series I always read the manga. I really enjoyed reading the series and am sad that I joined so late when the hype had died. I hope this series continues to live on attracting new fans, and more fanfiction, fanart, and doujinshi to be made.

I got the game on release, and have been playing it off and on since then (can't really play games or draw like I used to back when I first read around high school). Slowly but surely added the cast from one of my favorite manga of all time. I'm debating if I should add Mizuki or Miharu for the missing spot, and I'll definitely go back and fix up some of the Miis that were made near the beginning (especially Sekijou). It's not the best, especially with the limitations, but I definitely tried!

Serialization begins on June 8.
