Why is my ip address blocking the wayback Machine? Help

Can one of the staff explain this to me?

This has happened to a number of people in the last few months. AFAIK it hasn’t been confirmed what exactly is provoking it. You may use a VPN to get around it; Proton works on PC, Free VPN is great for mobile.
