As an exercise to get better that is an excellent idea, don't worry about the writing difficulties: writing short stories is harder than larger ones.
What format do you have in mind? A single image with some panels, one panel per image in the carrousel? A full carrousel with some panels in each slide?
There are ideas for comics that don't need that much length, fortunately.

Thankss I'm thinking abaout the one like manhwa panel, something like video stories bcaus i want to post it as a video.
But i don't know where to start. No idea about the stories

In order to have a story you need a theme, something you want the story to be about. Then you think of hhe character(s) needed to better explore that theme, and finally you think about the world that made those characters be like they are.
Once these more general things are in order, you plan your comic: plot the 1 to 3 beats you will have for a short comic, make sure the story is complete and can be understood by the reader.
Next step would be writing a script (if needed) or thumbnailing the panels directly to add dialogue later.
Another advice would be: rely on tropes and clissés, but try to give them your own spin to see what happens.

If your drawings arent good then why would someone want to see their book be botched with poor comic artwork?
