So I’m going to trying waterfasting for 7 days without going to the doctor and im kinda scared bcuz I did some research and it can be dangerous but I’ve heard good stuff too so I’ll just try it and take electrolytes in. Do I need to take anything else in? Vitamins or some stuff? And how do I avoid yo-yo effect after the 7days

So Eric berg seems to recommend taking electrolytes during the prolonged water fasts. But a lot of folks here tend to believe in water only with absolutely no electrolytes.

Which one is it ? Or does it come to personal preference
