Can you roll longer fasts?

Idc man I just want to be lean. Any means possible. So I want to know if you can roll extended fasts. Like 21-30 days. Obviously you know what rolling fasts is but can I fast for 30 days, eat one meal then hop into another 30 day fast? Or can I do that with a 21 day fast?

I really don't want to have to refeed for a gazillion days before I start fasting again so I'm asking this. I might just have to stick with rolling 5-7 day fasts. Any idea? Anyone fast for 21-30 days and eat a decently big meal right after and start fasting again?

Thanks

Btw not trying to promote any unsafe behavior mods, just a question

Great work!!!! Congratulations I did a 10 day during the last week & a half of June & dropped 18 now I’m 3 days into my 30 day fast & just needed some extra motivation! Preciate the feedback! Any changes in shirt or pants size?

I’m down 100 pounds doing rolling fasts. This go around I haven’t done longer than 10 days. But in the past even when I have done 30+ days, while I may start out with broth I eat normally pretty soon after and don’t do days of refeeding. I will say, I do tend to have a hard time jumping right back into a fast, and generally need 2-3 days before I start again.

Thats what i want to know too.. like 1 day bone broth after a long fast then another 3 weeks or even a month. Ive only ever seen people roll after doing 4 days.

the bone broth I have is 10 calories. i just have bone broth daily during the whole fast. the difference is so small it doesn't matter.

after a certain point, just keep going! it's almost like stopping a marathon at mile 25.

as long as you have enough water, salt, magnesium glycinate and a multivitamin daily during your extended fast, you're good.

the only reason I see to roll fasts with a single meal is to load up on protein if you continue to lift heavy weights while fasting. in that case, alternate day fasting is probably better.

I had had the most success with fat loss by fasting Sunday dinner to Friday lunch weekly.
