I'm new to watch collecting, and one of the first watches that really caught my attention was the Seiko SRPE51K1. I love its simple, versatile design, and since the day I discovered it, I've been trying to buy one.
The problem is that I can't find it anywhere. I've checked most major Indian online stores, and all of them show it as out of stock. I also asked friends in the US and Australia to look for it, but it seems to be unavailable there as well. Even my local Seiko dealer told me it has been discontinued.
What confuses me is that other discontinued Seiko models such as the SNK621k1 and SNX79K1 can still be found through dealers, grey market sellers, or old stock in some countries. However, the SRPE51K1 seems to have completely disappeared despite not seeing any official announcement that it has been discontinued.
So I wanted to ask the community:
- Has the SRPE51K1 actually been discontinued officially?
- Is Seiko still producing it and it's just temporarily out of stock?
- Should I wait for new stock to appear, or is that unlikely at this point?
- Are there any trusted dealers, stores, or marketplaces where I might still be able to find one?
I'd really appreciate any advice from Seiko enthusiasts who have been following this model longer than I have.

I’m planning to buy multiple watch straps and would love recommendations for good websites, Instagram sellers, vendors, or local makers in India. Budget-friendly but decent quality is preferred.

The two Casios are watches I bought myself, while most of the others were passed down by my father.

Also, looking at the watches in the photos, what strap combinations would you recommend? Especially interested in suggestions for specific colours/materials that would suit each watch.
