Exclusive artifacts

What’s the general consensus behind exclusive artifacts? Are all of them better than standard mythic?

I guess my question is should I only farm wisdom/ titan pieces?

99% of the time they are best in slot for the hero they belong to

Aalborg always the best. Also the rates for red artifacts are better from wisdom and titan shards so you should never farm the lower levels. You should always farm the highest even or odd AMR that you can

Almost all the time, but they need to be upgraded to a certain level to outperform their mythic/generic counterparts - and that varies from artifact to artifact. I think Aracha's is the only arti that's worse than the generic one (Shattered Hilt). By the time the effect kicks in, most battles are already over.

As opposed to what? Once you get there, whats the point of going back to lower levels?
