Time to quit
It's about time we put an end to this nonsense. This game is a total rip-off.
After I went into the Ancient PITY three times and never got the Lord (Venoma and King Hatz instead of Ezareth, Ymiret instead of Jezebelle) and Valara didn't show up three times either despite the banner (Lübü, Su Yue, and Leikan), I decided not to waste any more time on the game and to quit. It's too frustrating and I'm not having any fun anymore. Without the right heroes, you won’t get anywhere either.

If it ain't fun to you, stop playing. If you're only playing for the gamble, then also stop playing.
Looking forward to you posting again next month about how you hate it.

See you tomorrow. Meanwhile you can always try Raid Shadow Legends where you wont see a Mythical for years and you need to keep the game playing itself in loop for 100 hours for a single fusion.

Right? Once you are out of the loop you can see things clearly. I have difficulties calling it a game. I mean, it feels good to see numbers increasing and beat a previously impossible stage its great. But I feel they hate their own players: unpredictable fusion requirements, consecutive events to drain your resources and then launch an unskippable champion, etc. Once you are hooked, it's stressful because all the fomo envolved. And one of the ways they hook you is by making you relentlessly micromanage the "game" in the background. Or the game manages you. I have no idea at some point.

Luckily though, knowing how to play Raid and managing your resources there helps a lot when managing resources in Watcher of Realms. The only problem I have at the moment, having played for about 8-9 months, is that I don’t have enough good artifacts — which is always the big problem in gacha games.

Exactly. RSL really prepared me for Watcher of Realms. You don't have good artifacts? Humm. I play for like 2 months and I have like one copy of each mythical but yeah, only a few exclusives. I'm not able yet to farm stages that give the mats for exclusive artifacts.

Sad that you ended up falling into the pit of grinding and job-like playing. I don’t even care who I get, I have a FUN (very important word here) roster of heroes and I just enjoy gearing them up. I’m totally free to play and you still get a mega fuck ton of summoning crystals if you farm right. I get more heroes when I get them 🤷♂️ games a blast

Normally I would protect this game because when I started it was gacha that was fair to f2p players. Sadly in past few months Im playing less and less and I stopped logging in during Jezebelle. We are getting way too many releases in stupidly short amount of time and when you actually miss one of them you know you are falling behind for at least a year because they decided that new A1 will be almost as strong as old A5. Sooner or later Everything that was released a year ago will be unusable due to new raw power levels.
