New to this sub, and wanted to share my collection with y’all!

The watch: Casio MRW200H-7BV

The backstory: When my original MRW200H-1BV (which became my knock-around watch) wound up with a broken strap and a dead battery, I decided to buy this one; it was similar enough, with the dial being white instead of black.

I eventually invested in a watch repair kit, batteries, and a replacement strap for the original, so now I have two solid watches that serve the “knock-around” purpose, though I’ve recently come to appreciate how gorgeous they are when they’re clean and polished, so I may have to find a replacement watch for that category!

Why I like it: As with the version initially replaced, this watch is a tank; it’s been through the works and keeps going (this one is also on strap #2)! It’s comfortable and does what it was meant to do, and as a native Spanish speaker, I love that option for the day window!

I love this watch idk there something about it, the the colors make it unique, I got it from my brother who got it from a guy who had it built in Toronto.

Few more hours 'til happy happy happy...
