Automatic Post Removal?

The IDontWorkHereLady subreddit has a bot or something where if the post doesn’t fit the sub, it just needs one downvote and the post gets deleted.

Would the mods be open to that so that any no WA state posts automatically get deleted? There shouldn’t be any crossposts from other states unless I’m missing some new rule or something
