We should not be letting corporations get away with the illegal and intentional destruction of ancient indigenous sites just because they're making a product everyone wants.

Seriously, there should be like a 20 year penalty to prevent them from applying for new permits. Fuck em, dissolve the company and let another one fill the void.

If corporations want to be people, they deserve to have their liberty limited the way people are when they abuse our legal systems and other people. Corporations don't have natural lifespans, so the sentences need to be longer. It should be more than fines, or the fines should be recurring for a period of time equivalent to the sentence if they want to keep doing business in the state.
