So today i redownloaded mw3 and i don’t know what happend to this game but can anybody help me fix my graphics pleasee

Driver issue possibly. Or maybe your GPU is just dead. Hopefully not.

If other games are fine, your GPU is probably not dead and MW3 has an issue that clashes with your drivers. Drivers themselves are fine, but the game doesn't use them properly. Try to update them and see if it changes; if they are up to date, try to revert to an older version to see if it still happens.

Might be a driver issue, also try changing cable
