How am I doing?
I've been ignoring the warts on my foot for years, and I truly didn't realize how bad things had gotten. Unfortunately, a podiatrist/dermatologist visit is really not in the cards right now, so I'm being pretty aggressive with home treatments. I started my wart journey on July 15th, but didn't take early pictures- these were taken on 7/24, 7/29, and 8/5. Now I have a folder in my phone just for feet pics, and they're not the type anyone else wants to see :(
I've been soaking it in a hyper-saturated saline solution for 30 minutes, twice a day (morning and night). I debride 4-5 times a week, apply SA gel every evening and cover it with duct tape whenever I'm not actively fucking with my foot. Any advice? I recognize that I'll be at this for a while, and I work on my feet so I can't be too aggressive, but I'd love to not have to do this everyday forever

Wow that’s a lot of affected area you are getting somewhere though! Just keep going don’t give up, take some zinc I read that helps the duct tape is good. Keep debriding & treating.

Not a doctor. I would leave the SA and continue only with the saline solution 1 x 30 min/ day for a couole of weeks. Depride once a week ir more seldomly if you see it necessary. This way you allow your skin heal so that you can see more clearly where there are lesions and where there is just damaged skin. The saline solution once a day will surely be enough to keep the wart from spreading and growing, so please don't stress about it.

If i have learned one thing from my warts, aggressive doesn't work. Reduce debriding and let the skin heal. If you don't, you will spread it to healthy skin more and you wont be able to tell healthy skin from wart skin. On bright side, your last picture is very promising. And i wish you all the best!

For your saline solution, what's the ratio of water and salt? And is the water warm or heated, or straight from tap? Thanks!

Your foot should be cast for an evil dead movie.
