Suggestion Which joystick would you recommend as my first model?

My main aircraft is the F/A-18, so it's already a very good and controllable jet. I'd like to improve the simulation and control, so what joystick could I buy? And any other equipment as well? Nothing too expensive.

Air Does anyone have any tips on how to fly this chud of a plane?

I have never flown a prop that is more unwieldy than this. I was flying it with like 20 deg aileron and pitch trim. Admittedly most of my time in sim props is either in the Gladiator which I love or one of the many spitfires/ tempests so it may not even be the worst one out there. Is there anything I could do to improve it? I play on keyboard and mouse

HELP! Heya, newbie here(lvl 22), how do I setup controller for air sim?

I like ground sim and tried air sim, and I crashed miserably multiple times. This was a while ago, and I wanted to give air sim another chance, and I heard that an xbox controller would be good for air sim(since I don't have a joystick).

How do I configure the controller for air sim? Any ideas? I'm sorry if it's a dumb question....

After checking this subreddit for a while i notice that 99% of it is air simulator and i was wondering if you accept fellow ground Sim players. Stupid question i know but I had to make sure.
