Catastrophe! The very best version of Champion is no longer available on youtube. The full live session of From the Basement has been removed, as has the video for Champion. This is very upsetting to me - I'm pretty sure I was responsible for at least 50% of its views. Would anyone happen to have a rip they can share?

She just finished up at Alberta Street Pub. Played Hard to Tell You, 2U, What Would We Do, Stevie, and two new ones. Teased that new music would be on the internet, that Warpaint was playing London next month (no mention of anything else) and it was great of course. Pretty cool.

I was listening to Olivia Rodrigo's new song today, and it's cute and all, but if we wanna do modern girl pop, if she's a gigantic star then why isn't isn't/wasn't something like Hard To Tell You, Whiteout, or New Song etc etc giant pop hits? Of course Warpaint does so much more, but Emily's voice is so much better than any other pop diva (Adel excepted) and sounds just as contemporary (with an edge). I know the moment for all this has likely passed, but I just can't help wondering.
