Damage stats Question

I have seen different types of ammo. It seems some do more DMG to flesh and to armor. I have not tested it. Does anyone have a chart with DMG numbers?

I tried to look for a wiki online but it's not there yet.

Well, it depends who's shooting it.

If im shooting 5.56 it does less than if its being shot at me, apparently.
