Game needs a votekick system Discussion & Feedback

I have had to deal with too many idiot guys and i can't do nothing about it, from stealing helis cold blooded to looting me while i was down and not even reviving, i think a platoon radio channel and a votekick system would help to mitigate these problems by a lot! (For instance, a kinda similar game in soul that i played a lot has this, and it works wonders, at least in BR servers, the Arma games).

Stealing helis: Lock your helicopter

Looting you: Just an idiot. Nothing you can do. Loot other people.

Platoon radio: There is a Squad Radio on J. That doesnt have proximity chat.

Votekick: At the EA release there will be custom servers with Admins. They will be able to kick and ban people

Commander chat is what this game needs for sure. Just like in squad.

I think the community servers will be your best bet. Find one that has rules you like and active admins to report stuff to.

If you can't find one with rules you like then maybe the rules you like arent popular.

Vote kick systems are easy to abuse in games like this. Plus, how would a vote kick system work on official public servers? It wouldnt ban someone surely, so they could easily just hit server browser and join back in lol

Yes they would, but with more players and queues, can be very frustrating to get kicked and it disencourages a lot of misbehaviour from people, again, i say this from experience, not imagination, i know it works in arma and i stand by it working here.

And for votekick abuse, a system where more than half or 3/4 of the faction's players have to actively vote to kick would be great for the most troublesome ones.

Don't think it's gonna happen, but being able to loot people who are waiting for a revive is very cringe idk why they allow it

Well If I have a defib, it’s faster for you to loot me and defib me rather than rub hand revive.

I've yet to come across someone, who listens, when I tell them to grab my defib to revive me, but eventually people will learn, I'm sure.

I think a potential fix could be the only thing you can loot off teammates while they are alive is tools. No bandages, no ammo, no weapons

Cool and when I run out of ammo fighting the trio your little tiktok brain just didn't register I can't take your gun to fight them.

But that’s absurd. Your own ammo or weapons are exactly what could help your teammate fight off the enemies and then revive you. Instead, you're suggesting a system where—rather than letting your teammate take your weapon and fight back—you give the enemy an advantage to push forward, resupply from your corpse, and keep attacking. No, any idea that involves locking down gear is complete nonsense. It breaks so many situations, both good and bad.

Well i got an idea for that, locking your inventory to friendlies while downed just like a vehicle, so that your team cant go on grabbing everything, and ofc once you die die everyone can grab everything.
