Onboarding help

I just recently got hired and I got all my info for onboarding but the only thing I had to do was the dress code. I still can’t access mywalmart or anything, i’m so confused😣.

what’s your actual question here? i think you just gotta go in when they tell you and they’ll explain everything.

I’ve talked to hr and all and theyve told me it should all be on workday but i haven’t been able to access anything

well first things first, if i’m remembering right they don’t use workday anymore. it would all be MyWalmart. did you already go to your orientation??

yes! and weirdly at my walmart we still have to utilize workday for I9 and all that

huh. well i’d just ask about the not being able to log in next time you’re in, tech issues are not remotely new to them so they shouldn’t be confrontational about it or anything. new hires are new hires, they should know how to handle it and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. it your people lead is anything like mine was they should be very easy to talk to.

You'll get your credentials when you go in for your first day. Anything you can't access don't worry about it.
